✨ What's New
Gym settings in the app — gym owners and admins can now change how their gym works from Manager mode: gym profile, booking window, free trial classes, privacy mode, default class capacity and Kiosk. Open the Gym tab and tap "Gym settings".
A cancellation policy with two separate fees — set a late cancellation fee, a no-show fee, or both. For example, charge no-shows but let members cancel for free until the last minute. A member who leaves a class late now pays the fee on a clear payment page with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card.
A new checkout on one page — members see the plan, the price details, the promo code and the payment method together, and pay with one tap. Apple Pay and Google Pay are included. We are rolling it out gradually, so you may see it a little later.
Swipe to check in at the Kiosk — members swipe their name on the class list to start check-in, with no search.
🛠 Improvements
Membership status when you add a member to a class — the "Add member to class" list now shows if each member is paying, overdue, expired or has no membership, so you do not have to open each profile.
Ready for the next belt or the next stripe — the "Ready for promotion" filter on Members now has three options: any promotion, belt only or stripe only. The promotion card of a member tells you when they have completed all the required classes.
Promotions for every profile — accounts with more than one profile, for example a parent and a child, can now select the profile to show on the Promotions page.
Clearer Billing and payments page — each card and bank account shows a Default or Expired badge, and its actions are in one menu.
🐞 Fixes
The Daily overview title is now fully visible on phones in every language; the Kiosk entry moved into the actions menu.
The Kiosk birthday check accepts the correct date in every time zone, and a Kiosk left on overnight shows the classes of the new day.
New classes and late cancellations use the time of the gym, not the time of your phone.
After you move a class to another time, the buttons on each class card act on the right class.
Members who are also admins show their active subscription on the member page.
Booking a class you already booked no longer fails without a message, and a refused booking tells you why.
"Clone class" shows the weekday in your language, and the delete class dialog tells you how many members are booked.
"Skip for now" works after you switch to another account.
On Android 16 and later, you can save a new profile photo again.
